Digital Products
All products sold by Fujimi are digital downloads.
No physical products are shipped.
Because digital files are delivered immediately after purchase, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
Refund Eligibility
A refund or replacement may be provided if:
- You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
- You received the wrong digital files.
- Your files are incomplete or corrupted.
- You experience a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase if you believe you qualify for a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Purchasing the wrong product
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing
- Software compatibility issues that were clearly described on the product page
- Requests made after the files have been successfully downloaded and are functioning as described
